About The Position

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of digital marketing strategies with a focus on social media, content creation, and analytics. This role helps bring the brand to life online; brainstorming and producing social content, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance across platforms. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will also collaborate across the broader marketing team to assist with campaigns, events, and other initiatives as needed. This is a part time, temporary role, offering flexible hours for gaining additional experience. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with social media management tools and basic analytics/reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm, develop, and publish engaging content across social channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube).
  • Maintain and execute the social content calendar, ensuring consistency with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Monitor social channels daily and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely, brand‑appropriate manner.
  • Monitor social media performance and digital marketing metrics using platform insights and analytics tools.
  • Compile regular reports highlighting key trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Support A/B testing, audience insights, and performance optimization across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital touchpoints.
