Requirements

Strong Canva skills
Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar video editing software
Excellent written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Organized and dependable
Comfortable learning new technology

Nice To Haves

Photography or videography experience
Social media management experience
Graphic design experience
Experience with LinkedIn content
Experience creating content for business owners or professional services firms

Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, including adding captions, graphics, transitions, and branding.
Repurpose long-form videos into multiple pieces of content.
Organize and maintain a content library.
Schedule and publish content on social media platforms.
Create graphics using Canva.
Write captions and post copy for social media.
Help maintain a content calendar.
Track social media engagement and performance.
Create case studies.
Design one-page marketing materials.
Develop event flyers and promotional graphics.
Create presentation slides and sales collateral.
Assist with direct mail campaigns.
Promote webinars, networking events, and speaking engagements.
Capture and repurpose event content.
Create post-event recaps and highlight reels.
