The Marketing Coordinator role sits at the center of high-impact initiatives like events, sponsorships, and new clinic openings, while helping ensure consistency and excellence across every touchpoint. This role supports planning and execution of marketing events and sponsorships across regions, coordinates logistics, tracks deliverables, and assists with asset creation. The coordinator will prepare monthly reporting on event performance, budgets, and outcomes, and partner with internal teams to support successful new clinic openings and relocations. They will also maintain and update business listings, monitor and respond to patient reviews, conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy across marketing databases and systems, and update and maintain marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency across locations. This role requires collaboration cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and clinical teams.
