Marketing Consultant

Ylopo, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Expansion Team, Marketing Consultant to join their rapidly growing real estate technology company. The consultant will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, and providing regular reporting and communication on campaign performance. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with PPC management and analytics tools is also required.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives
• Schedule recurring client meetings to understand business objectives, marketing goals, and KPIs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring new ideas and innovations to the team and clients
• Provide regular reporting and communication on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders
• Actively participate in marketing meetings and provide feedback for consulting improvements
• Manage and optimize large-scale digital marketing campaigns across various channels
• Create recorded content, voiceovers, and instructional videos for clients
• Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance and make strategic optimizations
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demos, quota, win rate, and campaign execution
• Establish ongoing partnerships with customer success managers to improve performance and identify opportunities

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on client expansion, cross selling, and revenue growth.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to analyze data and extract insights to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, or relative Google Workspace products.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with PPC management and analytics tools, such as Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
