About The Position

Young Life is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the creation and optimization of multi-channel marketing strategies to drive engagement, revenue, or brand awareness. This role involves independently managing project timelines and deliverables from concept to launch, often handling multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital marketing platforms and metrics to track performance, analyze behavior, and provide actionable insights for optimization. They will also oversee and update content across various digital communication tools, ensuring adherence to style guides and communication standards, and act as a central point of contact, communicating campaign objectives and results to stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decisions. This role requires a commitment to the organization's mission, including affirmation of Young Life’s Statement of Faith, and involves minimal travel for National and Team meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in enterprise communication systems and digital communication tools.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience (agency or multi-functional environments preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail in editing and proofreading.
  • A commitment to the organization's mission, including affirmation of Young Life’s Statement of Faith.
  • 5 years of relevant marketing experience (agency or multi-functional environment preferred).
  • Proven expertise in integrated marketing campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with a sales or fundraising team.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, email tools (Emma, SFMC), CMS platforms, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools within Salesforce and digital platforms.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passion for ministry and alignment with the mission and values of a Christ-centered organization.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and faith-driven team.
  • Excels at ideation and go-to-market execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with donor lifecycle marketing, faith-based nonprofit development, and global campaigns.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Understanding of A/B testing, analytics, and fundraising KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and optimization of multi-channel marketing strategies to drive engagement, revenue, or brand awareness.
  • Independently manage project timelines and deliverables from concept to launch, often handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Track performance, analyze behavior, and provide actionable insights for optimization using digital marketing platforms and metrics.
  • Oversee and update content across various digital communication tools, ensuring adherence to style guides and communication standards.
  • Act as a central point of contact, communicating campaign objectives and results to stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decisions.
  • Serve as a thought partner for campaign directors across the mission of Young Life around the world in audience segmentation, offer creation and alignment, distribution strategies, reporting, and project management and coordination.
  • Write compelling, mission-aligned content for a variety of audiences and formats, including email, social, direct response appeals, donor reports, and landing pages.
  • Create messaging to combat donor attrition and improve retention.
  • Develop on-brand visual assets using Canva (or other tools) for digital and print distribution.
  • Collaborate with internal designers and writers when needed.
  • Plan, write, design, and manage donor email journeys using platforms like Emma and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Oversee content and light design updates on key donor-facing webpages using platforms such as TimeSites or open CMS systems.
  • Lead and execute projects independently, coordinating with development, creative, and field teams.
  • Own timelines and deliverables from concept to launch.
  • Leverage Salesforce reports, Google Analytics, Meta Ads reporting, and other digital platforms to track campaign performance.
  • Analyze donor behavior and marketing impact to provide actionable insights and recommend strategic optimizations to improve ROI and donor retention.
  • Manage digital media buying and performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and media partnerships.
  • Optimize campaigns for donor acquisition and retention.

Benefits

  • The anticipated hourly rate for this position can range from $50,000 - $62,580 depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
