About The Position

Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that support business and product-line objectives. Partners with product-line managers, digital product managers, and creative teams to develop and deliver integrated marketing programs that drive engagement, adoption, and brand awareness across the customer lifecycle. This position will be based out of our corporate offices in Green Hills/Reading, PA on a hybrid schedule at least 3-4 days in office a week.

  • Experience ensuring coordination and consistency across initiatives, timelines, and touchpoints.
  • Experience partnering with internal teams (creative, content, design, analytics) and external vendors.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing specialists and designers to develop campaign materials.
  • Experience ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Experience monitoring and analyzing marketing performance using relevant metrics and tools.
  • Experience preparing and sharing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Experience using data to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Experience developing strategies and implementing tactics to engage target audiences.
  • Experience supporting lead generation, adoption of digital tools and enhancing customer retention.
  • Experience aligning messaging and channels to different stages of the customer journey.
  • Experience partnering with Sr. Marketing Manager and/or Director to support market research and insights.
  • Experience staying current on emerging marketing technologies and best practices.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience managing relationships with external vendors and agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of integrated marketing plans aligned to company and product-line goals.
  • Translate business objectives into marketing initiatives, including campaigns, programs, and ongoing marketing support.
  • Define goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators for marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to prioritization, timelines, and resource planning across marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
  • Ensure coordination and consistency across initiatives, timelines, and touchpoints.
  • Partner with internal teams (creative, content, design, analytics) and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing deliverables.
  • Collaborate with marketing specialists and designers to develop compelling and effective campaign materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
