Marketing Brand Senior Director

Integrity Marketing Group•Dallas, TX

About The Position

The Brand Senior Director is an enterprise leader responsible for Integrity’s brand strategy, operations, and organizational transformation. The role sets strategic direction and helps ensure consistent, high-quality, differentiated brand experiences across touchpoints, business units, and geographies. It is a strategic leadership and operational position, not a hands-on design role. The director leads and develops brand professionals; establishes enterprise brand vision, standards, governance, and operating models; drives cross-functional alignment; and oversees processes, resources, and partnerships supporting creative work by internal teams and external agencies. The role owns Integrity’s branded-house architecture strategy and roadmap; advises executives and partners with Legal and business-unit leaders on architecture and naming; and leads brand integration for acquisitions, new offerings, and organizational changes. It also governs enterprise brand positioning, voice, visual identity, standards, and review processes, and establishes scalable intake, prioritization, capacity planning, approval, and performance measurement practices. As a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, the director aligns business units around enterprise standards, supports brand protection and risk management, leads brand councils or working groups, and translates strategy and performance insights into executive recommendations. The role establishes brand measurement and audit practices and uses data, feedback, and market developments to continuously improve brand strategy, processes, tools, and governance.
