About The Position

The Marketing Associate will work directly with the Product and Commercial Development Manager in the Regeneration and BAS business units of Enovis. The Marketing Associate will be given the opportunity to learn about the Regenerative medical device market and take part in the projects and initiatives that drive customer adoption, retention and growth. This internship will offer hands-on learning opportunities with highly experienced executives in an intimate team setting. The essential functions of this internship will assist the team in driving improved business performance.

Rising Senior or Recent Graduate in Marketing or related fields
Bachelor’s degree or in progress

Responsibilities

Participates in day-to-day operations of the Regen and BAS Marketing team
Coordinates Marketing and Training approvals and works directly with sales representatives
Process and submit invoices and trackable vendor payments
Works in Salesforce, Oracle, and in-house marketing and training programs
Works with other teams in Enovis (such as Supply Chain or Marketing Communications) to help execute Marketing strategy and projects
Assist with the creation of digital marketing assets and social media marketing content
Coordinates Sales Training Schedules
Marketing and Training Events and assist with conferences as needed
Work with marketing and sales on lead generation
Assist marketing and sales with inside sales initiatives
Assist Sales/marketing lead with data analytics and development of KPIs and dashboards
Other responsibilities given as needed
