About The Position

Osborn Engineering is a recognized multidisciplinary design leader seeking a Marketing Associate to support proposal-driven business development and firmwide marketing. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in a proposal-based marketing environment. A proven ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver detail-oriented, high-quality written and graphic materials is essential. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desired, and familiarity with the Cosential CRM database is a plus.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support proposal (RFQ/RFP) development by coordinating inputs, maintaining schedules, assembling content, assisting with layout/production, and supporting pursuit teams as needed
• Develop and maintain market-sector qualifications, including coordinating with technical staff to create new project profiles and update the website
• Collaborate with leaders to create content and graphics for social media; manage print and digital communications (including email campaigns); and coordinate award submissions
• Maintain the marketing content library/database for graphic and written assets
• Support marketing initiatives by coordinating logistics and deliverables for white papers, speaking engagements, trade shows, and collateral materials (brochures, books, banners, trade-show materials, business cards, etc.)
• Support development of presentations for marketing efforts and client interviews
• Coordinate photography of built work
