About The Position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the marketing efforts of Core 3, SVN Core 3, and Corescapes. Our purpose is to simplify the real estate experience by providing comprehensive real estate solutions, and this role is essential in communicating our brand effectively. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Canva, Photoshop, and other graphic design tools.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A creative thinker with a keen eye for branding and design.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate or property management marketing.
  • Experience with Constant Contact for email marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO, website auditing, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to Commute: Bloomington, IL 61704 (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and segment email marketing lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Assist in creating and executing engaging email marketing strategies using Constant Contact.
  • Develop compelling social media content (posts, graphics, videos, etc.) that align with brand messaging for Core 3, SVN Core 3, and Corescapes.
  • Ensure consistent branding and voice across all marketing materials.
  • Proofread and refine content for clarity, engagement, and accuracy.
  • Utilize Canva, Photoshop, and other design tools to create high-quality visuals.
  • Capture professional photos of properties and company events.
  • Create visually appealing marketing materials to showcase property features.
  • Conduct regular website audits to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of marketing materials and signage.
  • Ensure all printed and digital materials are produced on time and meet brand standards.
  • Stay up to date on marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing efforts.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with other marketing-related tasks and projects as directed by the Marketing Manager.
