About The Position

This is a high-ownership marketing role sitting within a lean GTM team. You will partner with the Head of Growth to build and elevate the brand across every channel: content, social, blogs, events and community. You will be the person who makes things happen, builds processes and helps bring the company vision to life. No two days will look the same. One week you are running a developer mixer or growth dinner from the New York office. The next you are writing long-form blog content designed to surface in AI platforms through AEO. You are as comfortable at a conference as you are in a doc. This suits someone operational with creative flair. You ship fast, own things end to end, and make problems disappear before anyone has noticed them.

Requirements

  • Technical product background: comfortable with complex tools, AI or dev products and able to translate them clearly
  • Content, social and AEO native: LinkedIn, X and blogs that rank in AI platforms
  • Operational and a doer: you build processes, ship fast and make problems disappear proactively
  • Brand-oriented and vision-driven: you get the company vision and instinctively know how to bring it to life
  • 2 to 4 years of marketing experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment
  • Strong writer: clear, specific, earns attention without being loud
  • Ambitious, excited by the space, and looking to grow fast

  • Own LinkedIn and X: content that builds a real audience and earns attention
  • Write blogs and long-form content that surfaces in AI platforms and ranks through AEO
  • Plan and run events: developer mixers, growth dinners and tech conferences
  • Build and grow community presence across developer and GTM platforms
  • Secure partnerships that put the brand in front of the right audiences
  • Build out processes and systems so the team can move faster
  • Deeply understand the audience and what makes them pay attention

Benefits

  • $150,000 to $200,000 base salary
