About The Position

This role blends strategy with creativity, giving you the opportunity to shape our digital presence through compelling storytelling, engaging content, photography, video production, and community engagement. One day might involve capturing moments at a neighborhood health fair, while the next could be producing a video, launching a patient communication campaign, or designing graphics that reach our community across our digital platforms. Your work will help patients stay informed, strengthen community connections, and elevate Eisner Health's mission across every digital touchpoint.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • At least two years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a similar role.
  • Experience creating content for multiple social media platforms, including planning, scheduling, publishing, and analyzing performance.
  • Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.
  • Experience managing website content using WordPress or another content management system (CMS).
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, and email marketing platforms.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset paired with strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, public health, or community-based organizations.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining monthly social media content calendars.
  • Creating engaging graphics, photography, videos, and written content that increases audience engagement and supports organizational goals.
  • Promoting Eisner Health services, programs, events, classes, and community initiatives across digital platforms.
  • Monitoring social media performance, preparing monthly analytics reports, and recommending strategies for continued growth.
  • Staying current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
  • Maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across every platform.
  • Managing and responding to patient reviews on Google Business Profile and Yelp while coordinating with internal departments when appropriate.
  • Coordinating and managing patient communication databases for email campaigns, text messaging, and digital displays.
  • Scheduling and distributing patient email campaigns and text messages while preparing performance reports for leadership.
  • Updating monthly content displayed on waiting room televisions and exam room monitors.
  • Drafting patient communications and assisting with website updates through WordPress and other content management systems.
  • Producing and editing three to five videos each month for internal and external communications.
  • Capturing photography and video at community events, health fairs, clinics, employee activities, and outreach programs.
  • Designing graphics and marketing materials for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and print collateral.
  • Creating training materials and digital learning resources for internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinating photo and video shoots and maintaining the department's digital asset library.
  • Supporting community events, health fairs, donor events, and outreach initiatives.
  • Promoting events before, during, and after through photography, videography, live social media coverage, and post-event storytelling.
  • Working occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays to support organizational events and community engagement opportunities.
