About The Position

The Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Comprehensive Mobile Care's continued growth and mission of expanding access to specialty healthcare for seniors. Working closely with the executive team, this role helps drive business development, marketing, and strategic projects that support the company's continued growth. You'll play an important role in building and strengthening relationships, supporting CMC's presence at conferences, creating professional materials, improving processes, and leveraging technology to help the company grow. Success in this role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and an exceptional communicator who enjoys building relationships and representing the company with professionalism. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating structure, solving problems, and finding better ways to work while helping turn ideas into action.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.
2–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, project management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, relationship-focused approach.
Experience with CRM platforms or similar relationship management systems.
Strong presentation, research, and analytical skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience utilizing AI tools to improve productivity and workflow.
Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and independently move projects forward.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Passion for improving access to healthcare and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities

Partner with the executive team to support business development efforts and key company priorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders through professional communication and follow-up.
Develop and maintain systems for tracking relationships, growth opportunities, and key business information.
Research opportunities to help expand access to specialty care.
Support CMC's participation at industry conferences, meetings, and other business development events.
Coordinate the development of marketing materials, promotional items, branded collateral, and other resources that support business development efforts and industry conferences.
Support social media content and initiatives that increase awareness of CMC’s services, mission, and impact.
Create polished presentations, reports, and executive materials that support healthcare partners, leadership meetings, and strategic projects.
Help manage timelines, organization, and follow-up to keep projects moving forward.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and leverage technology to support company growth.
Utilize AI and other technology tools to improve productivity, organization, communication, and project execution.
