About The Position

Samuel & Sons is seeking a full-time, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department across campaigns, events, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintains a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. This role combines administrative coordination with hands-on marketing support, including event support and digital content organization. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, enjoys both structure and collaboration, and has an interest in marketing operations, brand communications, and luxury design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role
  • Experience in interiors, design, fashion, luxury, or creative industries preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Familiarity in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar 3D/rendering tools) a plus
  • Experience managing digital content platforms or social media tools preferred
  • Ability to learn internal systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing Department, including maintaining calendars, organizing shared assets, and communicating relevant updates to the team.
  • Track trim requests, collaborations, and product loans; follow up on returns and maintain accurate records of product movement related to press, PR, and partnerships.
  • Maintain and update the Press Tracker by logging incoming press requests, tracking deadlines and fulfillment status based on information provided by the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist with digital content updates for product launches across platforms, including Pixlee content tagging and Pinterest updates.
  • Create and organize UTM links and maintain tracking documents for campaigns and digital initiatives as directed.
  • Update and maintain the Sales Tools Portal with the newest launch materials, tools, and updates.
  • Assist with event planning logistics, including tracking RSVPs, maintaining guest lists, coordinating materials and shipping, providing on-site support as needed, and compiling post-event recap documentation.
  • Manage and maintain marketing calendars, ensuring campaign dates, launches, and content deadlines are accurately logged and flagged for the team as needed.
  • Assist with expense reports, transfer orders, and end-of-month inventory reviews as directed.
  • All other duties as assigned by Senior Management
