L.A. Fuess Partners is looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our corporate Marketing and Business Development team. This role involves supporting the team with a variety of administrative functions, marketing initiatives, and internal and external communications. The assistant will maintain and update marketing databases, project information, client records, and digital assets. They will also assist with the coordination of company events, employee engagement activities, and business development initiatives, including budget and expense tracking. Additionally, the role includes managing marketing materials, promotional items, and company inventory, as well as preparing and distributing marketing materials, proposals, and other business development resources. Support for ongoing marketing operations, including CRM updates, email marketing database maintenance, and project imagery, is also a key part of the position.
