About The Position

L.A. Fuess Partners is looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join their corporate Marketing and Business Development team. This role involves supporting the team with various administrative functions, marketing initiatives, and communications. The position requires maintaining and updating marketing databases, project information, client records, and digital assets. It also includes assisting with the coordination of company events, employee engagement activities, and business development initiatives, including budget and expense tracking. The role also entails managing marketing materials, promotional items, and company inventory, as well as preparing and distributing marketing materials, proposals, and other business development resources. Support for ongoing marketing operations such as CRM updates, email marketing database maintenance, and project imagery is also expected.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing databases (Unanet experience preferred).
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or English.
  • Prior experience in marketing or business development.

  • A/E/C industry experience desired.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing and Business Development team with a variety of administrative functions, marketing initiatives, and internal and external communications.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, project information, client records, and digital assets to ensure accuracy and organization.
  • Assist with the coordination of company events, employee engagement activities, and business development initiatives, including budget and expense tracking.
  • Manage marketing materials, promotional items and company inventory, including ordering and maintaining inventory supplies.
  • Prepare, assemble, and distribute marketing materials, proposals, and other business development resources as requested.
  • Support ongoing marketing operations, including CRM updates, email marketing database maintenance, project imagery, and other key marketing resources.
