About The Position

CARCHEX, a leading seller of vehicle protection plans for over 20 years, is looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant that will assist the marketing department with administrative tasks, greet visitors, and coordinate office functions.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Marketing and social media experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Dealer Marketing Manager on onboarding and maintaining auto-dealer marketing campaigns
  • Prepare and mail dealer marketing customer fulfillment
  • Assist with responding to online customer reviews
  • Maintain and manage reception area
  • Coordinate office needs such as ordering and stocking supplies, arranging conference rooms and assisting with interviews.
  • Process incoming mail
  • Assist with the planning and execution of office activities (lunches/holidays)
  • Communicate with building management regarding facility issues
  • Other duties as assigned
