Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on client or account-based marketing
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills and excel and handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking coupled with tactical execution a must
  • Deep understanding of the website development process, particularly WordPress websites
  • Proficiency in various digital marketing channels, including Google Business Profiles, social media. Content marketing, SEO, and Google Ads is also valued

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and marketing strategist for multiple assigned client accounts.
  • Seek to guide the client on marketing best practices that drive customer interactions, not a yes person.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve/grow the client’s digital presence.
  • Manage and execute on the day-to-day marketing activities that align with the goals of the client.
  • Provide superior communication to and within your team, including (but not limited to) client communications, team feedback, and retrospectives post-launch or onboarding.
  • Develop product and industry expertise to provide advisory services and thought leadership to client companies.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness and quality of delivered marketing solutions.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client expectations.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Identify ways to capture new business opportunities within client accounts.
