About The Position

As a Marketing Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, acting as both a trusted advisor and internal advocate. You will oversee day-to-day account management, guide strategy, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns execute seamlessly from planning through launch. This role involves working cross-functionally with strategists, creative teams, media buyers, and analysts to deliver impactful, data-driven marketing solutions, and is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and attention to detail. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management (agency experience required)
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media channels
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, KPIs, and historical performance
  • Partner with strategists to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns
  • Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams
  • Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions before issues arise
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and scope changes across multiple accounts
  • Collaborate with media teams to ensure campaigns execute as planned and meet KPIs
  • Coordinate creative deliverables and manage client approvals
  • Prepare performance reports and lead client-facing meetings
  • Support onboarding, competitive research, and strategic planning initiatives
  • Oversee financial processes including reconciliation and invoicing
