As an Account Manager, you will lead programs with excellence, delivering top-tier results while inspiring the team along the way.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in account management within an agency environment (shopper marketing, omnichannel, or integrated marketing preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, from brief through to execution.
  • Strong client-facing experience with a track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience contributing to or leading strategic planning and campaign development.
  • Comfort working with data, performance metrics, and campaign reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience identifying opportunities for organic account growth or supporting business development initiatives is an asset.
