Big Happy is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with some of our most important brand and agency partners. This role sits at the center of our client experience and ensures campaigns launch smoothly, perform strongly, and ultimately turn into long-term partnerships. As the primary post-sale lead for your accounts, you will guide campaigns from kickoff through reporting while partnering closely with teams to deliver strong outcomes. You will combine strong client instincts, attention to detail, and a solutions-first mindset to help clients get the most from Big Happy’s platform.
