About The Position
The Marketing Director is responsible for promoting Linwood Meadows Care Center through community outreach, hospital relationships, and on-site events. This role plays a key part in building strong referral networks and supporting the admissions process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development preferred
- Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Partner with Admissions Director to drive census growth and occupancy
- Conduct hospital visits and build relationships with case managers, discharge planners, and referral sources
- Meet with potential residents and families to discuss services and coordinate admissions
- Provide facility tours to prospective residents and families
- Represent the facility at community events, healthcare events, and networking opportunities
- Plan and execute on-site events to promote the facility
- Maintain and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners
- Track and follow up on leads and referrals
- Support the admissions process and ensure a smooth transition for new residents
- Maintain a strong understanding of facility services, programs, and capabilities
