Joyce Factory Direct is seeking a high-energy, people-oriented Part-Time Event Marketer to represent their brand at local events. This role involves generating leads and setting appointments for the in-home sales team. It is a fast-paced, performance-driven position for outgoing, self-motivated individuals looking to increase their earnings and grow quickly. The company has been an industry leader in home remodeling since 1955, specializing in sunrooms, windows, baths, and doors, and is a third-generation, family-owned and operated business committed to quality craftsmanship and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners at events, home shows, and retail locations
Start conversations, build interest, and generate quality leads
Set appointments for our in-home sales team
Represent the Joyce brand with confidence and energy
Help with light event setup and teardown
Hit daily lead goals and maximize earning potential

Benefits
