About The Position

Crunch is looking for a creative, driven, and versatile Full Stack Marketer to own our marketing engine end-to-end. This isn't a siloed role - you'll touch every channel, from social media to email to paid ads, and you'll have the creative freedom to build something you're genuinely proud of. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience (agency or in-house)
  • Proven track record managing social media accounts with measurable growth
  • Strong copywriting skills — you can write a scroll-stopping caption and a high-converting ad in the same afternoon
  • Proficiency with Canva; Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a bonus
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Comfortable with video creation and basic editing for social formats
  • Analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, not just gut feel
  • Self-starter who can manage priorities without hand-holding

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus: experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Crunch's presence across all social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content consistently across channels
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement — be the voice of the brand online
  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for growth and engagement
  • Design on-brand graphics, visuals, and marketing assets using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus)
  • Maintain visual consistency across all content and platforms
  • Develop templates and a library of brand assets to streamline content production
  • Produce short-form video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
  • Handle basic editing, captions, and formatting for video across platforms
  • Ideate and execute video concepts that align with campaign goals
  • Write compelling copy for paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), landing pages, and promotional materials
  • Craft messaging that connects with our audience and drives action
  • A/B test ad creative and copy to maximize performance
  • Build, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated sequences
  • Write and design engaging newsletters and promotional emails
  • Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and deliverability
  • Analyze open rates, CTRs, and conversions — and act on the insights
