The Market Response Representative (MRR) is a critical member of the Momentive marketing team and often the first point of contact for new prospects and customers. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating positive first impressions, qualifying interest, and ensuring inquiries are routed quickly and accurately. The ideal person for this role is a self-motivated, goal-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven individual who is obsessed with obliterating monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. You are a self-starter who is patient, resilient, resourceful, and understands that prospect nurturing is both art and science. You understand that results are commensurate with effort, activity, and high-quality communication—writing, calling, and listening.
