At Genesys, we enable organizations to deliver empathetic, AI-powered experiences through the Genesys Cloud platform, and this position is essential in connecting with global customers from the very first interaction. You will own the strategic qualification of inbound leads, particularly across French-speaking markets, and identify growth opportunities within target accounts. Partnering closely with sales and marketing, you will improve conversion rates and structure the early stages of the sales cycle.
