Role Overview: Drive early-stage revenue growth by converting high-intent inbound demand into qualified opportunities while shaping how organizations evaluate modern customer experience technology. This role plays a critical part in engaging French-speaking prospects, ensuring high-quality interactions that build trust and accelerate decision-making. At Genesys, we enable organizations to deliver empathetic, AI-powered experiences through the Genesys Cloud platform, and this position is essential in connecting with global customers from the very first interaction. You will own the strategic qualification of inbound leads, particularly across French-speaking markets, and identify growth opportunities within target accounts. Partnering closely with sales and marketing, you will improve conversion rates and structure the early stages of the sales cycle. This role provides direct exposure to international sales initiatives and builds a strong foundation for future direct sales roles.
