About The Position

United Prairie Bank is hiring a full-time Market President for its Owatonna branch in Owatonna, Minnesota. The Market President oversees the market location and provides positive, proactive, consistent leadership, direction, public representation, and guidance to support the bank’s short- and long-term profitability, planned growth, and prosperity. The role includes direct lending and oversight of lenders, credit quality, collections, loan review, and marketing. The Market President also networks and contacts prospective customers to promote quality lending, maintain loan growth, and support a quality portfolio. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday. Annual base compensation is $137,058–$210,738, with eligibility for additional compensation based on individual and company performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
10+ years of banking experience.
5–7 years in a management capacity.
Ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
Problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.

Responsibilities
