About The Position
Build One of the Premier Sleep Markets in the Country We are looking for high-performing sleep sales professionals who want more than another traditional DME territory. This is an opportunity to build a major sleep market with a company focused on premium patient experience, operational execution, outcomes, and aggressive growth across CPAP therapy and sleep medicine. The Opportunity The Wisconsin market offers a high-growth market with strong payer alignment and a dense base of high-volume sleep programs and referral sources. This role will build top-tier relationships and win large accounts. Pure hunting role focused on landing and scaling large, long-term accounts.
Requirements
- Proven sleep industry sellers who want to leverage their experience, relationships, and market knowledge to build enterprise-level sleep partnerships with uncapped income potential and no quota caps limiting earnings.
- Ideal candidates may come from: CPAP/DME sales, Home sleep testing, Sleep diagnostics, Pulmonary sales, Sleep therapy, Respiratory/DME leadership, Other products or services from the Sleep Provider industry
- Top candidates typically have: Existing sleep medicine relationships
- Experience selling to specialists and large physician groups
- A history of building business, not simply maintaining accounts
- Strong field presence and executive communication skills
- High urgency and competitive drive
- The ability to operate independently while building strategic partnerships
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers
- Own and develop your territory like a business
- Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities
- Drive growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory
- Lead business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners
- Partner internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support account growth
- Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events
