About The Position

As a Builtwell Bank (BWB) Market Leader, you are more than a branch manager: you lead both the branch and the market where the financial center is located. You lead branch staff in developing and retaining long-term, profitable customer relationships while maximizing financial center growth through management of day-to-day operations and the long-term performance of the financial center and its employees. You hire, coach, conduct performance reviews, and provide performance counseling as needed. You also drive growth through strong individual sales performance and by building a diverse, profitable network of community centers of influence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills, including critical thinking and listening.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Demonstrated successful sales and sales management experience.
• Ability to learn and follow financial center operation and security procedures.
• Registration with the national Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Builtwell Bank with integrity in the branch and community, follow established policies and procedures ethically, and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Maintain an operationally efficient and compliant branch while growing the financial center's customer base.
• Conduct outside sales efforts aligned with market opportunity to generate new business clients and retain, deepen, and enhance existing consumer and small business relationships.
• Lead and develop staff by demonstrating, coaching, and teaching Builtwell Bank’s retail sales process.
• Develop and maintain a leadership role in the community through strategic involvement that enhances Builtwell Bank’s image and expands business development opportunities.
• Hire, coach, conduct performance reviews, and provide performance counseling for employees as needed.
• Demonstrate strong individual sales performance and build a diverse, profitable network of community centers of influence.
