About The Position

As a Builtwell Bank (BWB) Market Leader, you lead both the branch and the market where the financial center is located. You guide branch staff in developing and retaining long-term, profitable customer relationships and maximize financial center growth by managing day-to-day operations and the center’s long-term performance and employee development. The role includes hiring, coaching, conducting performance reviews, and providing performance counseling as needed. Market Leaders also drive growth through strong individual sales performance and by building a diverse, profitable network of community centers of influence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills, including critical thinking and listening skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Demonstrated successful sales and sales management experience.
• Ability to learn and follow financial center operation and security procedures.
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Builtwell Bank with integrity in the branch and community, follow established policies and procedures ethically, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain an operationally efficient and compliant branch while growing the financial center’s customer base.
• Conduct outside sales aligned with market opportunities to generate new business clients and retain, deepen, and enhance existing consumer and small business relationships.
• Hire, coach, and develop employees; conduct performance reviews and provide performance counseling as needed.
• Demonstrate, coach, and teach Builtwell Bank’s retail sales process.
• Drive financial center growth through individual sales performance and by building a diverse, profitable network of centers of influence in the community.
• Develop and maintain a leadership role in the community through strategic involvement that enhances Builtwell Bank’s image and expands business development opportunities.
