About The Position

AD Solutions is hiring a Market Development Representative (MDR) to develop new business opportunities in a local territory. The role is an on-site, full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule. The representative builds familiarity with local businesses, initiates conversations with prospects, identifies decision-makers, learns how businesses’ current systems are performing, and sets qualified meetings for senior sales representatives. Compensation starts at a $50K+ base with uncapped earning potential. AD Solutions provides technology solutions that help businesses reduce costs, save time, and simplify operations, specializing in print, copier, and document workflow solutions. The role includes hands-on training and mentorship, ongoing training, a structured sales process, and vehicle support for the local territory.

Requirements

At least 1 year in sales, customer-facing and fast-paced work, or comparable hands-on experience.
Comfortable starting conversations with new people every day.
Organized, consistent, and process-oriented.
Persistent and comfortable working through rejection.
Self-directed and comfortable managing the workday in the field.
Confident using basic sales and communication tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Generate new opportunities through high-volume calls, email, and in-person outreach.
Build familiarity and visibility with local businesses in the assigned territory.
Identify decision-makers and understand how their current systems are performing.
Set qualified meetings for senior sales representatives.
Track activity and manage leads in the CRM system.
