About The Position

The Market Development Manager (MDM) is the field marketing leader for an assigned region and the go-to-market expert for the Regional Director (RD), Clinical Account Managers (CAMs), and hospital partner sites. In partnership with the RD and CAMs, the MDM advances regional and account strategy to increase utilization of MR-guided Focused Ultrasound programs by building referral networks, strengthening patient care pathways, and raising community awareness. The role brings Americas marketing initiatives to the region, supports hospital marketing leads in promoting programs locally, and serves as the primary marketing partner to each site’s patient navigator. It is a consultative, relationship-driven role focused on translating complex technology into messages that resonate with physicians, field partners, and patients. The MDM leads regional marketing partnerships and account planning; builds referral pathways and supports patient navigation; plans and leads patient and healthcare-provider education programs; deploys marketing resources and co-marketing activities; and tracks referral and program performance. The position partners with hospital teams on compliant outreach and use of EHR and patient portal tools, with all activity subject to hospital privacy and compliance review. Preferred locations are Dallas, Houston, or Chicago. This is a field role requiring 30%–40% travel, including some evenings and weekends.

  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, as it applies to outreach, speaker programs and dinners, and referral source engagement.
  • Ability to travel 30%–40%, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Canva or similar tools, HubSpot or similar CRM, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to moderate live events.

  • Build and deepen referral pathways with neurologists, movement disorder specialists, primary care physicians, and other referral sources to promote earlier patient identification.
