About The Position

The Market Area Coordinator (MAC) serves as the strategic market leader and primary connection point between Ford strategy, MarketSource execution, market intelligence, and dealer outcomes. The MAC translates Ford's technician workforce priorities into a coordinated market strategy, establishes priorities for the TCS team, allocates resources based on dealer need and opportunity, and ensures measurable improvement in technician workforce outcomes. The role provides strategic oversight and governance for six TCS resources while maintaining alignment with Ford Regional Teams, dealer leadership, training and education partners, New Ford Tech, and other relevant Ford business partners. Success is measured by market-level dealer outcomes, technician workforce improvement, TCS effectiveness, program adoption, cost efficiency, and return on investment—not simply activity volume. The MAC owns the performance of the assigned market, establishes market-level performance targets, monitors progress, identifies gaps, and implements corrective actions. The role also aggregates dealer intelligence, identifies trends and successful practices, recommends process, program, or resource improvements, and supports continuous improvement of the TPS operating model. This position involves frequent travel, approximately 65%, including overnight and out-of-state travel, and requires willingness to relocate now or in the future. It is a remote position. Salary is determined by applicable grade and candidate qualifications; posted grade ranges are $65,100–$109,300, $74,300–$124,500, $86,600–$144,900, and $99,100–$166,200.
