About The Position

The Market Area Coordinator (MAC) serves as the strategic market leader and primary connection point between Ford strategy, MarketSource execution, market intelligence, and dealer outcomes. The MAC translates Ford's technician workforce priorities into a coordinated market strategy, establishes priorities for the TCS team, allocates resources based on dealer need and opportunity, and works to achieve measurable improvements in technician workforce outcomes. The role provides strategic oversight and governance for six TCS resources and maintains alignment with Ford Regional Teams, dealer leadership, training and education partners, New Ford Tech, and other relevant Ford business partners. Success is measured by market-level dealer outcomes, technician workforce improvement, TCS effectiveness, program adoption, cost efficiency, and return on investment, rather than activity volume alone. The MAC owns workforce strategy and market performance, leads and governs TCS resources, coordinates with Ford and strategic partners, addresses complex dealer workforce challenges, and uses market intelligence and performance data to improve program effectiveness. The position requires frequent travel, approximately 65%, including overnight and out-of-state travel, and willingness to relocate now or in the future. The position is offered at salary grades 5 through 8, with ranges of $65,100–$109,300, $74,300–$124,500, $86,600–$144,900, and $99,100–$166,200, respectively. Final salary grade and base pay depend on candidate skills and experience, job scope, responsibility, and competitive market value. Visa sponsorship is not available, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
