This job advertisement is to fill an existing vacancy in the CUPE4207-1 (Employee Group) ACTG 4P12 Integration & Problem Solving Compensation Marker-Grader positions. Compensation for these positions is based on the qualifications of the employee, with different hourly rates effective September 1, 2026, for individuals holding a Master’s Degree Complete ($36.00/hour), Undergraduate Degree Complete ($31.04/hour), Third Year Complete ($22.91/hour), Second Year Complete ($20.15/hour), and First Year Complete ($19.00/hour). Due to limited hours, not all positions may be filled, and positions are subject to course enrollments and budgetary approval. Duties and responsibilities are in accordance with Article 22 of the Collective Agreement. The marker-grader is expected to mark assignments, term projects, case reports, midterms, progress exams, and/or final exams. They must provide written feedback to students that clearly identifies the basis of the grade, whether it relates to substantive content, written communications, spelling, punctuation, grammar, or overall structure and organization. The marker-grader may also be asked to invigilate mid-terms and examinations or enter grades into databases at the request of the course instructor.
