About The Position

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented senior Maritime Contracts and Subcontracts Management Expeditor to join our team in Oahu, HI. MANTECH is a trusted partner to the Department of Defense, delivering cutting-edge projects in areas like Cybersecurity, IT, and Data Analytics. This role involves expediting the delivery of maritime consumables and repair parts, evaluating subcontractor performance, preparing reports, managing the insertion of mission systems, validating shipping data, and coordinating to resolve distribution chain gaps. The position also includes providing leadership and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
10+ years of position-relevant experience
Advanced proficiency in logistics expediting and OCONUS maritime operations
Must possess active Public Trust clearance

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in a related field
12+ years of position-relevant experience
Professional certification such as a PMP or specialized logistics credential

Responsibilities

Validates and manages the expedited delivery of maritime consumables and repair parts for logistics platforms
Evaluates subcontractor performance in meeting urgent deadlines and coordinates with Port Authorities to bypass logistical delays
Prepares and maintains comprehensive reports on expedited maritime actions and oversees audit readiness
Manages and coordinates the rapid insertion of mission systems onto maritime platforms as technologies evolve
Validates the accuracy of expedited shipping data and port service costs in the Task Order Management Portal
Coordinates via Technical Status Meetings to identify and resolve gaps in the maritime distribution chain
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff
