Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
3+ years of position-relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to draft technical subcontract documentation and follow established SOPs.
Must hold an active Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

7+ years of position-relevant experience.
NCMA certification or a related certification.
Experience using automated procurement management systems (e.g., GFEBS or WAWF).

Responsibilities

Coordinates and monitors the day-to-day status of open subcontracts and purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare coordination artifacts, maintain accurate records of performance, and verify that all transactions meet established SOPs and legal requirements.
Monitor supply chain risks and coordinate with vendors to ensure the delivery of essential supplies for organizational operations.
Drafts and maintains subcontract expediting documentation for Special Operations infrastructure in the Pacific.
Prepare procurement artifacts for senior review and monitor the status of ongoing actions at regional mission-support sites.
Assist in identifying procurement gaps and recommend priority resource allocations to sustain theater readiness and mission-essential functions.
Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
