About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to develop competency in and perform basic assembly and/or inspection operations at Integer. The incumbent follows written procedures to meet production and quality requirements. This is a second-shift position, Monday through Thursday, from 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM, with a 10% shift differential in addition to hourly pay. The position includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

Adhere to Integer’s values, Behavioral Based Safety process, and Associate Quality Policy.
Set up equipment for assembly and inspection according to Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs) and Quality Work Instructions (QWIs).
Understand assigned tasks and how they relate to the team; work under close supervision and follow Standard Work where applicable.
Assemble component parts according to prints using manual and automatic machine operation.
Visually and/or dimensionally inspect parts and completed assemblies for conformance to specifications; identify and escalate quality non-conformances.
Complete required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Package assemblies for shipment as needed.
Participate in team activities focused on process and product improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Expand skills through on-the-job training, cross-training, and classroom instruction.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Participate in flex-break programs as required.
Perform other functions as required.
