About The Position

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven Manufacturing Team Lead with strong communication skills and a strong work ethic for a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. The role performs physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and fulfilling orders for merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. It also assists with training and leading the team in daily tasks and projects.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail.
Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Ability to stand for a prolonged period.
Ability to work on ladders.
Manual dexterity.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Ability to communicate and follow verbal and written directions.

Responsibilities

Perform physical or administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and fulfilling orders for merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
Check received and distributed goods against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records, and reject unsatisfactory items.
Package and prepare products and merchandise for final shipment, and record weights and shipping charges.
Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped.
Review customer orders and examine, stock, and distribute merchandise, products, and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing lines.
Assist in training and leading the team in daily tasks and projects.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
