About The Position

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven Manufacturing Supervisor with strong communication skills and a strong work ethic. The role works in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment and oversees production activities, including quality control, production fallout, audits, and ISO compliance. The supervisor ensures division and departmental practices meet company requirements, achieves stated objectives, and complies with current ISO standards.

Hyve Solutions designs, manufactures, and delivers custom server, storage, and networking solutions for major cloud, social media, and enterprise companies. It is part of TD SYNNEX Corporation.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented work environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A minimum of four years of related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a single department and/or shift with two or more direct reports.
• Oversee the ongoing ISO-compliant and cost-effective manufacture of specific products or sub-products.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plan and administer procedures.
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements for the assigned area.
• Address problems of moderate scope and use judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
• Interact daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups, typically exchanging or presenting factual information.
• Provide direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled or semi-skilled non-exempt employees.
• Manage aspects of the quality control production process, including fallout, audits, and ISO compliance.
• Ensure division and departmental practices comply with company requirements and meet current ISO standards.
