About The Position

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven Manufacturing Supervisor with strong communication skills and a strong work ethic. The role operates in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment and includes managing quality-control production processes, fallout, audits, and ISO compliance. The supervisor ensures that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements, objectives are achieved, and current ISO standards are met. The position supervises a single department and/or shift, with two or more direct reports, and oversees the ISO-compliant, cost-effective manufacture of specific products or sub-products.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented work environment.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of four years of related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a single department and/or shift with two or more direct reports.
• Supervise the ongoing ISO-compliant and cost-effective manufacture of specific products or sub-products.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plan and administer procedures.
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements for the assigned area.
• Ensure division and departmental practices comply with company requirements and meet current ISO standards.
• Manage aspects of the quality-control production process, including fallout and audits.
