About The Position

This role involves operating equipment to pour liquid polyurethane materials into molds, measuring and adding pigments according to production specifications, and safely demolding cured products. The associate will also set up and arrange molds on production tables and in ovens, follow production schedules, SKUs, and color guidelines, and maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety and quality standards. The position requires working in a warm/hot manufacturing environment and wearing required PPE.

Requirements

• Basic math skills
• Basic hand-tool knowledge
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read and understand SKUs, colors, and production schedules
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a warm/hot manufacturing environment
• Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes, and proper attire)
