About The Position

The Manufacturing Associate works in a fast-paced, quality-focused food production environment. Employees are trained and assigned to production tasks based on production needs, experience, and individual strengths. The role may involve packing and packaging, palletizing, operating or supporting equipment and processes, general production work, sanitation, and cross-training across workstations. Sanitation duties are identified as third-shift work.

Requirements

Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to bend and twist regularly in some areas.
Ability to lift approximately 12–65 pounds, depending on the area.
Comfort working around temperature variations, loud production environments, and food manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Inspect product, verify counts and labels, maintain line speed, and meet quality standards during packing and packaging.
Build pallets safely and accurately, monitor product codes, and keep workflow moving.
Operate or support equipment and production processes, including NL17 support, with focus and attention to detail.
Support multiple production areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations and complete required checks and paperwork.
Learn additional workstations through cross-training to support staffing needs and production changes.
Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment for sanitation assignments.
