About The Position

Frazer, a builder of emergency medical vehicles and mobile healthcare units, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer II to join its manufacturing engineering team. The role analyzes production processes and engineers improvements to make manufacturing safer, faster, and more consistent, helping shape the quality of vehicles used by first responders. The engineer studies production-floor workflows, identifies variation, waste, and bottlenecks, and uses production data and structured root cause analysis to resolve scrap, rework, and defects. The role develops and verifies corrective actions, documents standard work and work instructions, measures cycle times and process performance, and collaborates across functions to address manufacturing challenges. It also supports readiness for new products and process changes and trains production teams on updated processes. This is an onsite position in Houston, Texas, with no travel required. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM. The stated annual compensation is $84,000–$97,000, commensurate with education, certifications, and experience.
