About The Position

Our client, a global provider of electronic design and test solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support team member at its Rancho Santa Margarita, California location. This position supports hand operations, including heat treat, cleaning, sorting, and deburring processes, on day shift. Through on-the-job training, the employee processes parts through manual and automated operations, performs visual inspections, and completes assembly tasks under a microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and converse in English.
Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
Experience or ability in high-volume parts inspection and handling, microscopic inspection, part deburring, cleaning, and handling, precision pin, thread, and ring gaging, and part sorting using specialized tools or equipment.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and value teamwork.

Nice To Haves

Some college or technical coursework preferred.
Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.
