About The Position

A leading electronic testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support professional to process precision-machined components through hand operations, including heat treat, cleaning, sorting, deburring, and microscopic inspection. The role involves processing parts through manual and automated operations after on-the-job training, as well as performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope. This is an onsite, 24-month W2 assignment in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, working 40 hours per week on the swing shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. The stated hourly pay is $25.

Requirements

Experience with microscopic inspection and high-volume parts inspection and handling.
Experience with part deburring, cleaning, and sorting.
Experience with precision pin, thread, and ring gaging.
Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel skills.
Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.
Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).

Nice To Haves

Some college or technical coursework is preferred.
