About The Position

The Manufacturing Operations Support role supports hand operations at the client’s Santa Margarita, California location, including heat treat, cleaning, sorting, and deburring processes. The position is on day shift. Through on-the-job training, the employee processes parts through manual and automated operations, performs visual inspections, and completes assembly tasks under a microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and converse in English.
Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
Experience with high-volume parts inspection and handling.
Ability to perform microscopic inspection.
Experience with part deburring, cleaning, and handling.
Experience with precision pin, thread, and ring gaging.
Experience sorting parts using specialized tools or equipment.
Ability to interpret specifications, including GD&T.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and value teamwork.

Nice To Haves

Some college or technical coursework preferred.
Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.
