About The Position
A leading electronic testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support 2 to process precision-machined components through hand operations, including heat treat, cleaning, sorting, deburring, and microscopic inspection. The role processes parts through manual and automated operations after on-the-job training and involves visual inspection and assembly work under a microscope.
Requirements
- Experience with microscopic inspection and high-volume parts inspection and handling.
- Experience with part deburring, cleaning, and sorting.
- Experience with precision pin, thread, and ring gaging.
- Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.
- Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
Nice To Haves
- Some college or technical coursework is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support hand operations, including heat treat, cleaning, sorting, and deburring processes.
- Process precision-machined parts through manual and automated operations after on-the-job training.
- Perform visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
- Inspect, handle, and sort high-volume parts using precision gauges and specialized tools and equipment.
