About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the daily manufacturing operations including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization of a manufacturing facility to meet regional business requirements. The role involves strategic planning, production management, quality control, and team leadership. The role oversees inventory control and management and monitors expenses.

Requirements

  • Four-year Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 2-4 years of job-related experience and 0-2 years of management experience, preferably in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts for manufacturing and remanufacturing activities for multiple product lines, ensuring that performance meets regional business requirements.
  • Leads and coordinates daily activities and manages a team of non-exempt individual contributors.
  • Implements and enforces quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Analyzes data and provides recommendations for process improvements and cost reduction.
  • Oversees inventory control and management, including materials, components, and finished products.
  • Monitors expenses and manages capital expenditures.
  • Prepares regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and manufacturing metrics.
  • Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.
  • Ensures compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry-specific requirements.
